2. What guarantees are provided?

Answer: Depending on the type of light, a 5-year warranty is provided. If an item fails due to a quality issue while under warranty, we can send a new replacement with our freight right away if necessary. Or we'd rather send a replacement along with your next order.

3. How long is the payment schedule?

We accept T/T, Paypal, West Union, and 100% up front for sample orders. 30% T/T deposit for bulk orders; 70% remaining payment is due prior to shipping. L/C is negotiable for very large orders.

4. Can my logo be added to the product label?

Yes, but different lights require different order quantities.

5. Please advise me on how many LED floodlights I should use.

Yes, we can provide you with a professional solution. If you have a design team, an IES file is also available.
